Network Availability Monitoring
The Network Availability Monitoring tool displays the real-time status of a site's network, allowing insight into the health of the network at any time from any place with an Internet connection.
The Account Management tool allows authorized personnel to maintain account information such as passwords and user details, as well as create additional accounts.
Ticket Tracker and Bandwidth Utilization
If you're looking for the Ticket Tracker or Bandwidth Utilization reporting support tools, they have been moved to the myENA user portal at my.ena.com. You can log into the myENA user portal using your existing ENA Service Center credentials.
